Who is the Minister of Justice?

Hello,
I was just re-reading the server law and I came across a sentence and it mentions the Minister of Justice. Who is it? Koalition? Jake?
I know the server law isn't that exciting but I'm that kid who reads the back of cereal boxes while eating breakfast. I'll read anything if I'm bored :)

Why does the law say that? It definitely shouldn't until there actually IS a minister of justice...
