Ban the creation of roads and highways in the wild

The Council of Ministers enacts:

Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the Wild Highway Ban Act.

Section 2. Commencement
(1) All Provision(s) shall come into effect upon passage.

Section 3. Reasoning
(1) The creation of highways or roads in the wild should not be allowed.

Section 4. Ban
(1) The creation of highways or roads in the wild that span over more than a hundred blocks are not DoC and DoA approved shall be banned.

(2) The DoC or the DoA may remove the roads/highways at their discretion.
