Lawsuit: Dismissed Windows_Dog vs. Topte

On early May 19, Me and my associates were in CMM waiting for the mods to evict Derpgaming_20 for inactivity. We were waiting by the rent signs to rent the shops. So was Windows_Dog. It was obvious that he wanted a shop as well. Codes320 unrented the CMM shops and Me, Bradfot, and Noo_dles obtained all 3 CMM shops. This entire time there was no mention of Windows_dog reserving one of the shops. So after we had all 3 _Info_ called us jerks and he was going to evict us in one day if we didn't have the shop built and active. Which is shorter than usually allowed. But we built some of the shop so it was considered active. The Codes320 forceably evicted us for no reason other than to give windows_dog our rightfully obtained shop.

My witnesses are Bradfot, Noo_dles, Codes320, Windows_Dog, and _Info_

What reason do you have to sue Windows Dog? He simply wanted a plot and was able to obtain it.

As Topte has not given a valid response, I will be dismissing this case. He is allowed to resubmit this case at a later date if he is willing to explain why he is suing Windows_Dog
