- Detailed Business Plan: Vocx Properties is a startup company in the real estate sector. We specialise in modern minimalistic properties. Our main goal is to provide properties for our client throughout the whole BC Map. Again, we aim for efficiency and exponential growth. I've discussed previously in the VocxLotto page that we planned to expand to trading properties as well. Although my current balance is 16k, we subtract 10k from it since the 10,000 is reserved for the upcoming lottery. This leaves me with 6,000 left. With property trading, we all know we need reserved cash to maintain or snipe available properties. The grant will help me big time since the cash will be used to save up for the next property available or just use it to cover renovation cost.

I have VocxLotto going on with 10,000 Krunas for the prize pool. That 10k is reserved for the lottery winner. This leaves me with just 6000 Krunas left. With Vocx Properties I dont think 6000 krunas is enough to buy majority of the plot in suburbs. With the business grant from the gov, this can help me start buying properties to sell. Once we have the ball rolling, I think we will be fine.
