I like this idea, but I think the punishments should also remove any money government paid jobs got while sitting AFK. So if they were using it for say 30 minutes, you’d lose all money gained in those 30 minutes, along with the k300. (But if this isn’t possible it’s fine.)

1: everyone can do it so its fine, 2: its a wooden shovel, it barely mines any faster than your hands, and it has such low durability that it doesn't even matter. So yes its pretty much nothing.

Well, every player gets it so it’s not unfair, and it’s a wooden shovel, you could just go to the wild and mine two logs. And I believe there is already a command for it but I’m not sure.

Battery and Aggravated Battery should be the same law, as it doesn't really matter what you hit them with if you didn't kill them.
