- Elaboration & Reasoning: There has been an influx of vehicles that have been left on the streets and highways by players. Police officers should have the responsibility of collecting the abandoned vehicle and placing it in an “impound lot” for players to pay a fine to recover their vehicle back. Additionally, police officers will have the permission to view ownership of a vehicle. This motion will include vehicles that are parked in public parking spaces for more than one week. The Department of Justice will notify players if they are missing any vehicles to report to the impound lot.

- Vehicles include: Cars, Motorcycles, and Submarines.
- Mandatory for police officers to write a report for each vehicle collected.
- If players do not retrieve their vehicle within two months, it will be taken by the Government. This will be handled by the Minister of Justice.
- First Offense: Warning + K75 Fine
Second Offense: Warning + K75 Fine + Revoked driver’s license
Third Offense: Warning + K75 Fine + Permanently banned from having driver’s license with the ability to appeal.
