In a vote of 7:0, Parliament has resolved that:
If a player abuses the Doctor sign (Spams or calls multiple times for no apparent reason on multiple occasions), then punishment will be as followed:
This law will be enforced by police officer's, but in order for them to take action, they need to be given solid proof of the sign abuse.

If a player abuses the Doctor sign (Spams or calls multiple times for no apparent reason on multiple occasions), then punishment will be as followed:
- First offense: Verbal Warning.
- Second Offense: k20 fine per call
- Third Offense: k40 fine per call + 15 minutes of jail time
