You have your Legislative and Executive, who is gonna determine if a Law/Order is fair or not?
I think we should have a branch consisting of at least 3 Federal Judges
The Judicial could also be responsible for Due Process and first part of the Pardon process.Give the judges a longer term than the rest, maybe.

I think this should at least be given a shot before saying no.

The MPs are able to determine if a law is fair or not. If they want a change, they are able to present one in the form of a Motion. If you think a law is unfair, feel free to talk to one of your members of Parliament.

technically we already have judges known as Moderators who have authority over who and why someone is banned for a certain activity they might have been involved in

We have already replied to suggestions like these whether it'd be Courts/Judges and/or Police. We might add those things in the future.
