I think it should be added as it would add an entirely new method of transportation of people and goods. It would be particularly useful for transport of materials since a Minecraft equivalent of a Container ship could transport thousands of items and a player using teleportation can only transport a couple. In addition it would add immersion, port cities, as well as an entirely new industry and level of depth to the economy and craftsmanship as well as naval combat and Sea Law. Ships and other naval and maritime related features would be a great addition to the game in general.
- Does this require the installation of a new plugin: Yes (obviously)
I cannot find any plugins that would be absolutely perfect on their own but here are some ones that can be added, tested to and either changed or removed if need be.
