Title: Amendment to Political Parties

Description: Currently the Political Parties Act has a few issues that need to be sorted out, this bill is intended to fix those issues.
Bill:
*- Government Members CAN now leave their current party*
*-Government Members CAN now switch their party during an active term, however there will be a 2 week "cooldown" period before they will be allowed to switch again, in order to limit party hopping.*
*-Members of the Judicial branch are no longer able to affiliate with any Political Party, as they must remain an unbiased body.*
*-A player may only be in one (1) party at a time*
*-The position of Party Chairman is officially transferred upon informing the Minister of State*
Additional Information: These changes won’t be applied until the election in December, just as the original bill states.
