Answered / Added arrow wound reform

I think when getting shot by an arrow, you shouldn't even be able to get an arrow wound while wearing gold, iron, diamond, and netherite armour and is should be significantly reduced while wearing chain mail and leather. I don't know if that is something the staff have control over, or the plug in creator. Let me know what you guys think!

I'm not sure this is possible with the base plugin but I delegate this suggestion to the administration incase it can be implemented.
