I bought a plot there to flex, and then the Govt repossessed it. Auctioned off to Fhlown who named it Westwood, ran it w Blitz then it got repossessed again and became Westridge
Thx Sprite. At first I thought it looked like West Ridge but I was like but there was West Wood and that’s owned by the gov but thanks for telling me it got repossessed.
Fairbanks was one of the first player-owned cities to be created outside of the capitol. The player that started Fairbanks was Venical. He was a decently active player back then, and even became a Trial Mod for the server. I had a chance to co-own Fairbanks before it was even called "Fairbanks", but I had gotten bored with the server back then and left for half a year... This was early 2017, perhaps late February or March 2017.

That explains why the sign on the highway calls it Fairbanks.
