Rescinded Banned Players Bill

In a vote of 9:0, Parliament has resolved that:

Players that are permanently banned are given one week to put up a ban appeal. If the appeal is denied or a week has has past and is still banned, the player's inventory, buildings, rent regions, and all other possessions must be removed from that player.

• Buildings will be sold as is.
• Rent regions will be deleted or have their landlord set to the government.
• Balances will be cleared and given to the government.
• All possessions will be destroyed.

Some items the banned player has may be considered historical and may be donated to the BC museum by mods to preserve BC history.

Items of banned players under jurisdiction of the banned players bill shall be vaulted, not destroyed.
