Title: Cabinet Integrity Act

Description: To keep cabinet members able to focus all their effort on their positions, players are only allowed to occupy one cabinet position at one time. This also prevents a PM from claiming all cab positions. A 14 day grace period is provided in case of resignation
Bill: Players may only hold one cabinet position at once. In the case of a resignation, the PM may nominate and parliament may approve a dual-serving player for 14 days until a suitable replacement is sourced. Because the DPM does not currently hold many responsibilities, the DPM may hold one other cabinet position
