Answered / Added Carpet under Signs

- Suggestion Title: Carpet under Signs
- Elaborate (Why do you think it should be added, how will it improve the server, etc.): I noticed in my buildings when I put down a sign on the ground or even a block above the ground I have to remove the carpet and it just looks bad. I think this could help buildings aesthetically.

probably not possible w/o a texture pack, you could put a book block of the surrounding carpet color under the sign

The problem is that carpet and sign are separate blocks and therefore only one of them can occupy a given block.
To make this happen, it would require the addition of a mod (servers operate with plugins and not mods).
You may use a wool block to place your sign on, it is barely noticeable that the wool is 1 pixel lower from the carpet.

I like this idea as it would look better in shops for example but if it is possible I don't know.
