Suggestion Title: CCSCR/vehicular update
Elaborate (Why do you think it should be added, how will it improve the server, etc.): An annual automobile race where racers will drive 15 laps on the already existing Capital City Racecourse (CCSCR stands for Capital City Stock Car Racing). This will improve the server by adding a celebration and to get some more players on the server to witness the event. This can also include bikes.
Does this require the installation of a new plugin (Yes/No): No, this will require a new job (driver or racecourse driver) and race cars.

Additional Information: (minor suggestions):
1. Car/ bike crashes; this will make the server more realistic and can cause flesh wounds and/or broken leg depending on the severity on the accident. This will be more realistic during the annual CCSCR (if implemented) and will give the Doctors some more jobs.
2. Race cars/bikes; Will be faster and more aerodynamic then civilian cars/bikes and will be given or bought by race car drivers.
3. Ambulances; Will be used for civilian and race crashes by doctors and will transport people to the nearest hospital when needed. These will be available at the CCSCR at the on-course hospital and at every other hospital.
