So, the flesh-would disease is practically cure-it-all medicine, it doesn't effect you in any way and it repels all other disease, if you would please fix this, thank you.​

actually the flesh wound does effect you in that it increases chance of getting a disease

Actually Derfey is right. Having a fleshwound basically disables other diseases when it is supposed to increase the chances of getting them.
