- Suggestion Title: City/Town Business Grants
- Elaborate (Why do you think it should be added, how will it improve the server, etc.): In order to bring people to other cities there needs to be businesses in other cities. The thing is business owners don't have incentive to start a business in another city. This is why I suggest City/Town Business Grants. Most of the reason people don't start businesses in other cities is because there's no foot traffic there and it could be a waste of money. Being able to get a government grant specifically for a city business would likely encourage more business owners to start up businesses in other cities. A player will be able to apply for a city business grant if they are starting a business in a another city besides capital. This would need all the requirements needed for a regular business grant and the money will be taken away or they will lose the ability to apply again if the person doesn't start the business in that city within a certain amount of time.
