Hey there! My name is Codes, and I've been playing on this server for a little over a year. I'm very passionate about our server, and I want to make a difference in this community.

• Doctor at server hospital - Janurary to July
• Property Inspector - July to Present
• Lead Editor at FreeFlow News - January to Present
• Owner and CEO of Royal Atlantis Casino Corporation - July to Present
• CFO of Elechron Corporation - August to Present
• MoP - July to Present
• Playtime: 6 days and 6 hours

As you can see, I've been a dedicated member of the community for some time now. My extensive career includes 2 government jobs, one month as an MoP, and countless ventures into the private sector. While I love this server, it has some serious issues that must be addressed. The economy is in shambles, infrastructure is sub-par, and new players are leaving, as they are unable to find reliable jobs. Something must be done.


Policy:

• Pro-Business Plans: Creating a business on the server is hard. That's why the government must step in. My plans will give entrepreneurs more resources when creating companies and will allow business owners to create new jobs, which will, in turn, lead to gradual economic growth.
• Labor-Management Programs: What's the one thing you see new players asking? How do I get a job? With not one, but a series of multiple acts, I will create a system in which the government is able to work as a liaison between players and companies in order to ensure that players are able to be placed in quality, reliable jobs.
• Transport Overhaul: With the introduction of busses, we have seen a great improvement in mobility around Capitol City. however, I'd like to see more transportation server-wide. This overhaul will allow all cities to have their own transport systems. Also, I plan to create a cross-country train or bus system that will link towns like Fort Hamilton and Troutman to the main server ecosystem, creating more economic opportunity in under-represented towns.
• Town and City Creation: Specific guidelines that will streamline the creation of towns and cities.
• Government Transparency Acts: A series of acts that will make the operations of all branches of government more accessible to the average player.

Hi codes! I like most of your policies, however, I do have some things to say about them.

Pro-Business Plans: While I do like your idea of the government adding more resources, what are your ideas for these resources and how would they benefit the business owner?

Labor management programs: What are these acts going to do and how will they help the liason-type setting between the gov and the players?

Transport overhaul: I love new transportation ideas, however, I have already made a bill about adding trains to the server, but again, I would love the idea of cross-country trains linking towns and cities.

Town and city creation: This seems very vague, what are your ideas for these guidelines?

Hey Bangladesh! Thanks for the great questions!

1. So the idea right now is mainly to offer certain subsidies to companies that are deemed important to the servers economy. This could allow them to initially generate income without making a profit. This would encourage players to take more risks when creating companies.
2. Glad to hear that there are more people supporting our need for more transportation.
3. The goal is to make the creation of towns and cities a more open process. In other words, we need to make it to where any player who is capable can create their own town/city. Right now, towns are limited by town applications, which are very limited, and cities are outright impossible for the average citizen to create. I'm not saying everyone should be able to make a city, but what I am saying is that we need to have a system so that we can let the right talent grow our map and create more economic opportunity.
4. Our plan is to allow journalists to view Cabinet meetings, as well as working with the DoCE to teach the citizens of BC how the government works, so they can understand who can do what and how they can make a difference.
