This is a suggestion/feedback. Also I could be wrong that you can't tp to a company HQ. In that case I will change this post. Also, i will make a company thread once this gets answered. I looked up on the plugin used and the command is /co tp <company name> confirm
In /company you can set an HQ location. You should also be able to set cost for tping there and to tp there yourself. I have tried a bunch of commands and most of the time it comes up as Insufficient Permission. I recently asked a staff member about this and they said you aren't able to set a tp cost or tp to the HQ. The feedback part of this is that I think this is bad. The HQ of my building is in the wild, on a plot that I had claimed. It's somewhat far away from the /warp wild and it'd be hard for employees to make the original trip there. On top of that most people don't have a rank, so they would only be allowed one home. My company would open up a lot of jobs for so many different people no matter their skill set, and the travel they would have to make would most likely discourage them greatly.
My suggestion is this. Allow people to tp to the company HQ. While this could get abused and used as an extra home, it wouldn't be that hard for staff to check up on each HQ every once in a while. Another way to prevent this is not allow people to set the the tp cost and to always have it set at something high like K50 per tp.
Arguments:
This could get abused - Staff can always check up on the HQs or they could set a tp cost that isn't editable.
Why do you need this anyways - It's to encourage new players to not only come and get a great first job with me, but to encourage them to do the same with anyone else who chooses to have their HQ in the wild.
I will post more arguments and their answers here.
