Tittle: Court fees edit
Type of motion: edit
Elaboration: Awhile ago, Kat made a court fees motion, however, it was vetoed by Koal. He advocated for Parliament to make a bill fining citizens making frivolous lawsuits. This is what this bill has in mind. Someone that makes lawsuits that have no purpose or intent or lack evidence as to what happened will be fined k30. Second offence is a k40 fine and 10 minutes of jail time. Third and beyond will be a k60 fine and a jail time of 15 minutes. Frivolous cases will be determined by using the guidelines made by Parliament (reference bh's motion for more information.)
