Create the Department of Archives and Records
The Parliament of Stratham enacts:
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the Department of Archiving and Records act.
Section 2. Commencement
(1) All Provisions shall come into effect upon passage.
Section 3. Reasoning
Currently, the government is lacking a centralized location for easy data access. This has caused some confusion and makes it hard to find records of past events. This Department shall act as easy storage for Private and Public information. Having a centralized place for data will serve useful to the courts, the government, and the public. This could also be useful when easily findable stuff suddenly isn’t as findable, such as the forums being down.
Section 4. Department of Archives and Records Amendments
(1)Section 3 | The Cabinet & Ministers
(a) (XVI) The Government departments in which the Ministers are in charge of are;
(G) Department of State, commonly abbreviated DoS, is responsible for managing
foreign affairs, the election process and city relations. To meet its
constitutional obligations, the Department will employ State Secretaries and
City Advisors.
(H) Department of Archives and Records, commonly abbreviated DoAR, is responsible for managing the museum, conducting censuses and approval polls, recording and tracking all government branches' data and information deemed fit by the Minister of DoAR, conducting Audits of each branch of The Republic of Stratham, and publishing Transparency reports.

Section 5. Department of Archives and Records
- The DoAR shall consist of the following positions;
- Minister
- Responsibilities will be as follows; Implementing department policy, code of conduct, overseeing the execution of Departmental duties, managing the Department and its members, assigning a classification designation to all documents, and publishing censuses, approval ratings, and transparency reports.
- Deputy minister
- Responsibilities will be as follows; Leading projects, managing Registrars, aiding the Minister in the implementation of policy.
- Senior Registrar
- Responsibilities will be as follows; Recording data and important events as determined by the Minister of DoAR, organizing data, sending organized data to the Minister’s office to be given a designation, assisting the Deputy Minister in leading the Registrar’s, and assisting the Minister’s office in implementing Department policies.
- Registrar
- Responsibilities will be as follows; Recording data and important events as determined by the Minister of DoAR, recommending organization classifications to the Senior Registrars, and aiding in department projects.
- Curator
- Responsibilities will be as follows; Managing the Museum's exhibits, and creating new exhibits.
- Minister
- All leadership positions shall be impartial.
- The leadership positions of the DoAR are allowed political opinions, but not political biases and partisanships
- Each department shall have a minimum of 1 Registrar assigned to them.
- Parliament shall have a minimum of 1 Registrar assigned to it.
- The court of Stratham shall have a minimum of 1 Registrar assigned to it.
- The Office of Prime Minister shall have a minimum of 1 registrar assigned to it.
- The DoAR shall record and archive all of the following data;
- Department of Economy
- Department Hires
- Department promotions
- Policy implementations
- Citizen Satisfaction
- Taxable Citizens
- Tax records
- Consumer Price Index
- Government Balance
- Department of State
- Department Hires
- Department promotions
- Policy implementations
- Citizen Satisfaction
- Department of Health
- Department Hires
- Department promotions
- Policy implementations
- Citizen Satisfaction
- Total Attends
- Number of Illnesses treated
- Department of Public Affairs
