- Title: Department of City Relations (DOCR)
- Type: Creation
- Reason: Cities and towns do not receive very much help from Cabinet, currently town and city affairs are a secondary responsibility of most departments despite the needs of cities especially after decentralization.
- Bill: The Department of City Relations is created.
The DoCR has the following responsibilities:
- Creating and replying to City and Town Grant requests
- Managing Mayor Shops
- Keeping in contact with Mayors in Mayor chat as well as advising them
- Enforcing city and town requirement bills
- Sending requests from cities and towns to respective departments and overseeing their completion
- Approving town expansions with the DoC
