DoC Private Build Applications
The DoC now offers to build for private players. Players can request a maximum of 1 build per month per player. After an application is accepted, a member of the department will then be assigned to the project. They will work with you to ensure that they meet as many of the criteria that you have as possible. These builds may take a few weeks, especially if any changes need to be made to them.
Build costs are calculated using a standardized list created by the DoC based on average prices of materials. This list is not public information and is NOT available upon request. We calculate the cost of your build using this list and add 50% on top as a build fee. If you do not provide materials you must also pay for the materials. If you do provide materials you just pay the 50% build fee calculated.
If you wish for us to build for you please follow these steps:
1. Copy the format below:
- In-game name:
- Full Discord username:
- Plot number:
- Coordinates:
- Are materials provided? (yes/no):
- Description of build (please be as detailed as possible):
- Reference image(s) of build:
2. Go back to the DoC build requests forum.
3. Create a new thread titled "[Username]'s Build Request - [Plot Name]" with the Pending prefix. Example: "Koalition's Build Request - bc-001".
4. Paste in the format and fill it in.
5. Post your application and wait for the Minister's response.
Please allow at least 2 weeks for a response to your application. Applications will only be accepted once we have a department member assigned to your project. This may require you to wait until they have completed any other outstanding projects. Applications may be closed at any time without warning at the ministers discretion if the department has a large amount of projects to complete. All government builds will be prioritised over private builds. Your application may also be denied if we are unable to find a department member who is willing to do the project, or if we lack members to build in a specific style.
