This lawsuit is not about Johnnyboi12345 killing me in the wilderness, the lawsuit is about him not abiding by the rules.

How had the Defense violated any rules. The evidence provided shows no such thing.

No I never implied that. I said Johnnyboi12345 intended to bring me there to kill me.

How is this case frivolous? I never implied that I was under the impression that he was bringing me there to be killed and that isn't even what the lawsuit is about.
