Title: Edit to the ESL
Reasoning: Parliament and Cabinet are launching a joint collaboration plan to streamline the economy and jobs process to improve the economy and make jobs much easier to understand for new players. My role as an MP is to help facilitate that with a new bill that will remove jobs from the ESL that involve vanilla mechanics. Basically, new players don't understand why they can't sell things that are parts of basic in-game mechanics such as farming goods, wood etc. It also harms the economy in general. Several MPs and the DoE agree that forced specialization has had a net negative impact on the economy.
Bill: Jobs relating to base vanilla mechanics such as farming or lumberjacking will be removed from the ESL. The remaining protected jobs will be Chef, Brewer, Pharmacist, Mechanic, and Manufacturer.
Other info: Thanks to several of my fellow MPs and @Info for helping draft and write this bill.
