Reasoning: Due to this clause in the sherlock accords that was added: “Private or Corporate interest is something that solely benefits oneself or strictly their company and its employees. A bill that benefits the server as a whole or players and companies that are not affiliated with the player or players companies that presented the bill, shall be deemed a bill of Public Interest.” it can easily be abused by anyone since people in parliament or cabinet can claim anything produced can be said as "public interest" if it helped others not named themselves.
