- Elaborate:
It can be a struggle to place down a sign, especially when you need to place a lot of them. For example when you are setting up a shop, writing down instructions or just leaving a message to your friend using signs, it is inevitable to make typos. Or you need to change the price of a specific item, maybe even changing up the wording of the text you wrote. There isn't any easy way to fix it (yet), you need to break the sign, replace it and type in the whole text again. This can be annoying if not frustrating, not mentioning that you might have to edit that single sign 3-4 times until it is perfect.
I suggest the addition of a sign editor plugin that allows you to change the text after it was being placed in the world.
It would not only be a convenience feature but could be used for neat details. It is not worth the effort to make cute little art on signs for the armrest of a chair due to the immerse amount of time and work it takes. This plugin could change that and open up infinite amount of possibilities for our talented builders.
- Does this require the installation of a new plugin: Yes
- If you answered Yes on the previous question, please link the plugin: EditableSign
