I. Description of Case
The Plaintiff brings forth the following causes of action and alleges the following against the Defendant:
EliSnore bought an alleged 'maxed out' fishing rod from Nonethegod. As soon as EliSnore had realised the tool wasn't what both parties had agreed on they asked the defendant for a refund. The plaintiff claims to have been scammed by the defendant as they've been uncontactable since the date in question (online but avoiding and ignoring the plaintiff's messages in game).

III. Sequence of Events
1. Plaintiff is wanting to buy a maxed out fishing rod (Lure, Luck of the Sea, Unbreaking and Mending).
2. Defendant replies in local chat that they can enchant and sell said fishing rod to the plaintiff.
3. Plaintiff and defendant agree on a price of 600krunas for this 'maxed out' fishing rod.
4. Plaintiff pays the defendant 600kr once notified that the item is ready.
5. Upon receiving the fishing rod, the plaintiff realises it didn't have all of the enchants that were agreed upon and proceeds to question the defendant in local chat.
6. Defendant makes excuses in local chat and proceeds to ignore the plaintiff's request for a refund.
IV. Claims for Relief
1. Both parties had agreed on a trade in writing through game chat. The defendant had failed to hold up their end of the agreement.
2. The defendant deceived the plaintiff by selling an item knowing that it was less than what was agreed on.
3. The defendant has been avoiding all attempts of contact from the plaintiff in regards to solving the issue.
V. Damages
1. 600kr for the return of the tool.
2. 120kr for legal fees.
3. Monetary payment for the inconveniences caused to the plaintiff as deemed fit by the court.
