I. Description of Case
Plaintiff, represented by counsel, brings forward this lawsuit against Nexus Bank for the wrongful and continued withholding of 233,000 Krunas, which were deposited into a Nexus Bank savings account with the expectation of accessibility and proper financial management. Despite repeated attempts by Evachu to obtain information regarding the interest on the deposit, withdrawal of the funds, Nexus Bank failed to return the deposit, including the interest gained over time, provided no withdrawal process, and offered no justification for retaining her money (as can be seen in the evidence provided). We seek immediate withdrawal and release of the funds including the interest gained over time.

II. Parties

1. Evachu, Plaintiff (Nightmare98765 representing).
2. Nexus Bank, Defendant.

III. Sequence of Events

1. On the 11/7/2024 Evachu opened an account and deposited 233k and send the money to MegaMinerM.
2. On the 17/7/2024 Evachu asked if the interest rate is still capped at 1k (1%) per month.
3. On the 23/7/2024 Evachu moved 150k from the current account into a locked savings account which has an higher interest rate.
4. On the 12/8/2024 Evachu asked about how much money she currently has in the accounts, too which she received an answer.
5. On the 5/10/2024 she asked again. Yet didn’t receive an answer.
6. From then till the 28/10/2025 Evachu has asked repeatedly to check the balance of her accounts and to withdraw the entire amount. Without any answer or reply.

IV. Claims for Relief

1. NexusBank has failed multiple times to answer a client when wanting to withdraw and request updates on their accounts. Thus unlawfully withholding money from them.

V. Damages

1. Withdrawal of the entire money in the accounts including interest. (locked account (205500kr), normal account 97553kr
2. 5000kr Legal Fees

Additionally, the plaintiff's lawyer is also Nexus Bank's Chief Legal Officer, and thus Nexus Bank has been hindered in legal representation.

I would like to bring to the courts attention that MegaMinerM has failed to acknowledge the case in the given 48 hours and is now asking for an extension after the time is up. He is saying that he has had hindrance in their progress and time awareness and thus not making the summons. However the defendant reached out to the Plaintiff in regarding for a settlement of this case, meaning he would have had enough time to firstly acknowledge the case, and secondly ask for the extension in the time frame. As for the matter of being Nexus Banks Chief Legal Officer, I would like to point out that in every case that was being handled for Nexus, I was acting on behalf of Wright & Co. as a Lawyer, and not as my own independent lawyer. Wright & Co. has multiple other lawyers available for Nexus to utilize. Nexus Bank has not been hindered in legal representation in this matter, since the Owner MegaMinerM himself is a lawyer, who has also done the latest case in which Nexus bank was concerned.

I shall give the plaintiff a further 48 hours, from now, in which to respond with an answer to complaint or motion to dismiss.

Good Morning,

As the defence has elected to not make a response, this case is now closed in the plaintiff’s favour. I shall award the plaintiff the full amount of damages, totalling to 308,053kr

I hereby order the Minister of Justice @Nightmare98765 to ensure that 308,053kr is collected from MegaMinerM and given to Evachu. The Department of Justice is granted permission to perform asset seizure to compensate for the damages if the defendant does not have sufficient balance.

In addition, with this involving a bank registered with the DoE and insured by the central insurance agency, I hereby order the Minister of Economy @flyingzebra7 to look into this institution and confirm whether any actions are required to insure the safety of any player funds deposited.
