Title: Pardon of Fluffybaldie
As per the constitution, 1.1(f) The Prime Minister may issue Executive Orders which exercises the power of the executive branch. The Prime Minister may issue pardons to individuals who have committed crimes excluding impeachment, election fraud, treason, or corruption.
I hereby declare:
That Fluffybaldie is pardon of the crimes of murder due to the lack of follow up in investigation on self defence and other mitigating factors. This is effect on the crime committed at time of publication.
