-Title: Executive Reports

-Type: Creation

-Reasoning: A huge part of Parliament's power is scrutinizing Cabinet and ensuring that they are keeping up with their responsibilities. However, I feel like Parliament is largely unaware of what cabinet is actually doing. Is the DoE still working on jobs? Who knows. What big projects does the DoC have going on? Couldn't tell you. With this bill, each minister will be required to send a detailed summary of their work to parliament

-Bill:Parliament can request a report from a minister of their current progress within reason every two months, although ministers do not have to comply with the request. If there’s a case where parliament doesn't get a report and would like a status update on that minister’s department, parliament can request an EQ (Executive Questions) as a replacement instead of the individual report. If they do provide a report, the report must be submitted between the 20th day of the month and the 30th day of the month. The following questions should answered in each report by the department minister, who should not add any unnecessary information.

What goals did your department set at the beginning of the month. Did your department meet those goals?

What were some of the biggest challenges that your department faced this month. How did it overcome them? Who has joined or left the department in the last month?

Note: this only applies to aqua jobs. For example, the DoH minister will need to report new hospital secretaries, but not new doctors.

What are your department's goals for next month?

These reports will be private, and will only be shared with parliament. Any member of parliament who leaks this information will be immediately removed from office. This bill will taken into effect this term.

Ack: @Codes320's Bill but reworked <3
