General Lease Agreement - Skyline

This document serves as the official lease agreement for all Skyline leases managed by Netpex and Signalharbor054. By renting a Skyline plot, the Lessee (tenant) automatically agrees to the following terms.


1. Term & Rent

• Each lease lasts 30 days (1 month).
• Rent is set per plot.
• Payment of rent constitutes acceptance of this agreement.

2. Plot Use & Modifications

• Tenants may not damage, alter, or remove original structures, roads, or boundaries of the plot without explicit written permission from the Lessor.
• Unauthorized changes will result in a 1,000kr fine + cost of damages and eviction.

3. Termination & Vaulting

• Lease terminates automatically when the rent expires or is unrented by the tenant.
• Upon termination, all locked items will be vaulted in accordance with server procedure.

4. Legal Foundation
This agreement fulfills the conditions for a valid contract under the Contractual Law Basics Act V.2:

• Offer (right to rent)
• Acceptance (rent payment & plot use)
• Consideration (krunas exchanged for lease rights)
• Capacity & Legality (legal players, lawful use)
• Intention to Create Legal Relations (by renting, the tenant consents)

5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be handled by Property Inspectors, in accordance with Stratham law.




By renting a Skyline plot, the Lessee acknowledges and accepts all terms listed above.
