Establish proper guidelines for advertisement
The Parliament of Stratham enacts:
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the Government Advertisement Act.
Section 2. Commencement
(1) All provisions shall come into effect upon signage of this bill.
Section 3. Reasoning
(1) No laws protect advertisements currently.
Section 4. Advertisement Channels
(1) The Discord Channel “#advertisements” is hereby established as a Government Advertisement Channel.
(2) The In Game Advertisement channel denoted with the “Ad” prefix and green text is hereby established as a Government Advertisement Channel.
Section 5. Usage Limits
(1) Any citizen shall be entitled to use the Discord Advertisement Channel for each of their corporate entities.
(3) Any citizen shall be entitled to use the In Game Advertisement channel for each of their corporate entities.
(4) Define Abusing Advertisement Channels as “The act of defying the usage limits set for Government Advertisement Channels.”
Section 6. National Do Not Call Registry
(1) The National Do Not Call Registry is hereby established and shall be overseen by the Department of Economy.
(2) The National Do Not Call Registry shall consist of a list of names of citizens that do not wish to be contacted for any advertisement.
(3) The Department of Economy shall make the list of names on the National Do Not Call Registry.
(4) No player shall advertise directly through forms of direct messaging or direct contact on Discord, or In Game to any player that is listed on the National Do Not Call Registry.
(5) Any person that is victim to being advertised to while on the National Do Not Call Registry is obligated to a 250kr received from the Advertiser per offense.

- A corporate entity shall be any person or persons that provide a service in exchange for a monetary gain or otherwise. This is not limited to those that own a business registration.
(3) Any citizen shall be entitled to use the In Game Advertisement channel for each of their corporate entities.

(4) Define Abusing Advertisement Channels as “The act of defying the usage limits set for Government Advertisement Channels.”
- The punishment for violating this is as follows:
- 1st Offense: 50kr fine
- 2nd Offense: 100kr fine
- 3rd Offense: 250kr fine, 5 minutes of jail time.

(1) The National Do Not Call Registry is hereby established and shall be overseen by the Department of Economy.
(2) The National Do Not Call Registry shall consist of a list of names of citizens that do not wish to be contacted for any advertisement.
(3) The Department of Economy shall make the list of names on the National Do Not Call Registry.
(4) No player shall advertise directly through forms of direct messaging or direct contact on Discord, or In Game to any player that is listed on the National Do Not Call Registry.
(5) Any person that is victim to being advertised to while on the National Do Not Call Registry is obligated to a 250kr received from the Advertiser per offense.
- It shall be the duty of victims to report violations to the Department of Economy which shall be empowered to ensure the 250kr is transferred.
