Unlike a grant, loans are required to be repaid back to the government over time.

Residential Loan​

Amount: Max of 10,000 Krunas
Requirements:

• Must not currently own a residential plot in the capital city
• Must not have any recent criminal charges
• Balance must be UNDER 15,000 Krunas

Note: This loan is only to be used for residential plots.

Requirements:

• Minimum 24 hours playtime
