- Title: Harassment Penalty
- Type of motion (Edit/Removal/Creation): Creation
- Elaboration & Reasoning: Harassment isn’t really punishable in the law directly, but I’m sure everyone can agree harassment should be illegal. This will be divided into three separate parts: verbal harassment, physical harassment, and sexual harassment. Verbal harassment would be after someone asks another person to stop directly contacting them (includes msgs, mail, Discord and forums DMs, tagging, comments in public chats but directed towards a certain person) twice, but they still continue. Physical harassment is things like stalking and assault with or without a weapon that does not end in a kill. Again, the victim must ask the perpetrator to stop twice until this qualifies. Sexual harassment can be verbal or in rare cases physical, and they are punished slightly differently. Regardless of the type of harassment, the crime will only be prosecuted if the victim comes to staff with evidence of the continued harassment as well as the two times they asked to stop. Each additional offense is defined as another direct contact incident after being punished or involving a different victim. Staff will then enact the following punishments.

Verbal harassment
1st offense: Warning + K50 fine given to the victim
2nd offense: Warning + K50 fine given to the victim + 15 min mute
3rd offense: Warning + K50 fine given to the victim + 1 hour mute
4th offense: Warning + K50 fine given to the victim + 3 day ban
5th offense: Warning + K50 fine given to the victim + 2 week ban

Physical harassment
1st offense: Warning + K20 fine given to the victim
2nd offense: Warning + K20 fine given to the victim + 5 min jail
3rd offense: Warning + K20 fine given to the victim + 15 min jail
4th offense: Warning + K20 fine given to the victim + 1 week ban
5th offense: Warning + K20 fine given to the victim + 2 week ban

Sexual harassment
1st offense: Warning + K50 fine? given to the victim + 10 min mute if verbal/5 min jail if physical
2nd offense: Warning + K50 fine? given to the victim + 30 min mute if verbal/10 min jail if physical
3rd offense: Warning + K50 fine? given to the victim + 1 day mute if verbal/20 min jail if physical
4th offense: Warning + K50 fine? given to the victim + 1 week ban
5th offense: Warning + K50 fine? given to the victim + 3 week ban
