Vetoed Helicopter Travel Bill

- Title: Helicopter travel
- Type: creation/edit
- Reasoning: Recently we had helicopters added to transportation. With this added, more and more players will obtain a helicopter and use them. Currently there are not any laws to help control Aviation travel.
- Bill: Players with helicopters are required to fly above the roads and Helicopters are not allowed to land on the roads when there is traffic. Also, Helicopters are not allowed to fly between buildings, in building, and not allowed to land on other peoples property (unless granted permission). In addition, Helicopters are not allowed to crash into buildings (even though it has no damage effects). DoJ will be responsible in enforcing this and punishments/fines will follow their respective laws with Vehicle Laws and Trespassing.

Due to impracticality and this bill being straight unpopular with the public, I am vetoing it. However, I urge Parliament to legislate that helicopters may not be used to bypass, trespass and enter areas the player wouldn't have been permitted in otherwise.
