Title: Highway Construction motion

Elaboration & Reasoning: The wild is a horrible place to navigate near the wild warps and is also riddles with mobs that they have to fight with no armor or weapons and often times players run out of food or just die too much which would turn them off the wild all together and turn them off to the entire server. I see players come on the server and see that the jobs they get don't pay as much as they would like and they realize that it inst easy to make money which is the objective of the server, I'm not saying give the players money but the wild is the best way to make money in large amounts and this bill would help them make money the old fashioned way. Players now have cars and they are not able to be driven anywhere other than the city roads technically because it is illegal to do so. What if a player wants to go to a town but doesn't want to take the long walk or run to get there? Why not create a highway system going straight in each direction from the city to allow players to make cities near the highway and connect to it for easy transportation. This could substitute for the airport system until it is up and running.
What would benefit from this: All players who have cars or want an easy and safe way to get from the city to town. This would really make the servers world seem smaller and more connected and would promote expansion into the wild for towns to be created and to grow.
Other Information: This wouldn't just be on the staff to create by themselves. It could also create low level jobs for players to have that pay very little for what they do, which would be construct the highway system which wouldn't be hard as it would be around 11 blocks wide (Guard rail - 4 block wide road - Median - 4 block wide road - Median)
