So I have taken the job of a mechanic and I was making the tires as it says in the guide (8 kelp blocks surrounding a hubcap) and it wasn't working. I then scrolled up in the guide and saw a how to make Rubber. But it did not say how to make it, instead it said *Rubber is coming in a later update.
