Title: Judicial Arbitration
Type: Creation
Reasoning: This Bill will let the Courts handle civil disputes that do not involve any assets or materials by letting the judge be an arbitrator in a conflict.
Bill: If both parties agree to it, a civil arbitration case can be made in the courts under the title: (Party) v. (Party) Arbitration.
The Court will then focus on the issue between the parties. The court will proceed as normal though in a less stringent manner.
The Parties can choose a Judge they would like to arbitrate, if that Judge does not respond within 5 days then any judge can take the case.
The Judge's decision in the case can be binding or non-binding. A non-binding decision is a recommendation. A binding decision will be mandated to be followed.
Failure to follow a binding decision will be a contempt of court charge.
