Hello! To those of you who don't know me, my name is Krix, and I'm currently a lawyer on the server as well as the chairman of the Stratham Progress Alliance (SPA). I'm running for Prime Minister of Stratham because I believe there are fundamental issues within our government which are preventing us from being the best server we can be.

Although I've only recently returned to BusinessCraft after a long break of two years, I've been an engaged, dedicated member of the community in the past, and I've happily re-integrated recently. In that time, I've found Stratham to be a vibrant, innovative, and caring community, and I'm running to help it realize its full potential. Through my experience as the first official mayor of a town, Solaris, and a two-term member of parliament, I will fight endlessly to improve Statham each day I'm in office.
Policies
Department of Construction
The Capital City is suffering from outdated infrastructure and ugly buildings. In order to fix this, the Krix-Topte Administration will:
City Centre: Develop the Queen Street area into a City Centre, with a market place square and new traditional builds!
CBD: Rework central park, and surround it with a Central Business District. This new area would be where Corporate HQs will be located.
Property Inspection: Crack down on inactive plot owners to provide plots for newer businesses.
Government building reworks: Rebuild the outdated Government buildings and most importantly update interiors.
Zoning: Establish a Capital City District system with city wide zoning regulation and unique themes.
Hiring: Hire Constructors and Property Inspectors in the mass.
Department of Economy
Stratham is suffering from a weak economy and a lack of businesses. In order to fix this, the Krix-Topte Administration will:
Government Tenders: Implement a Government Tender program for buildings, vehicles and any item currently spawned in for the Government. This will help increase growth in business, and move the economy.
Fixing the Wealth Gap: Implement a progressive tax system which will be fair for both rich and poor. It will help close the wealth gap between the rich and working class.
Federal Bank: The bank just serves as a way for players to hide their funds. It does not help the economy in any way. By removing the federal bank, it will allow opportunities for players to start their own financial institutions.
Promote Small Businesses: Development of Small Business market places such as the Mall and the new City Centre.
Department of Public Affairs
Events: The DoPA will host a variety of new events on a regular at least weekly basis primarily in game but additionally on discord.
Establishment of the SSA (Stratham Sports Association): A Sports Organisation will be established for the oversight and organisation of all official sports leagues, tournaments and events within Stratham. The Organisation will operate primarily out of the National Sporting & Activities Complex (NSAC) which will be located on the outskirts of Capital City.
Tour Guide Hiring & Management: Having an active, engaged and well managed Tour Guide Team is essential for the promotion of the server and will ensure an increase in player attention and this will be a priority for the Krix-Topte Administration.
We Plan to make this possible through establishing the sub department of Outreach and Integration which will be led by a Manager whose responsibility it will be to manage the tour guide team as well as a New Player Discord which will have guides as well as senior community members who will answer questinos
Department of Health
On Call List: The on call list is a list of doctors voluntarily signing up to be contacted 24/7, these doctors can be from any time zone and are committed to ensuring that patient waiting times are lowered. ( we don't expect the doctors to always be available due to irl but are the most committed to ensure accessibility towards the health service response time)
Time Zone List: The department of health should carry out an internal inspection of doctors and their time zone regions, this is to accommodate specific patient waiting times during different times in case an on-call doctor is unavailable.
First Responders: outside city limits i.e. the wild where members of the community are in need of medical assistance, we have our first responders, they will travel to the location of the distressed citizen by air or land vehicles and bring them to the nearest Hospital/clinic where they can wait for a Doctor to treat them. First Responders can treat patients with soothing potions or bandages and leg splints for quick medical emergencies.
Department Management: The DOH will take mouth inspection of doctors activity and their service within the department. To keep the DOH fresh and active we will make sure that active Doctors are employed within our Department making sure to hit low patient waiting times and not long periods of waiting where it affects your time in game.
Department of Justice
Police Code of Conduct: Currently Police Officers have no guidance on how they should act and what action and force is and is not acceptable while fulfilling their duties. Through the establishment of a formal police code of conduct this information will be codified and all police officers will be made aware of it through enhanced training and guidance.
Police Partnership System: New Police Officers lack guidance when hired into the DoJ through a Police Partnership programme they will have the chance to learn directly from a veteran officer who they will directly report to and learn from through the duration of their time as a Police Cadet.
Increased Role Play: To enhance the roleplay and enjoyment aspect of fulfilling the role of police officer, all Police Officers fully trained will be issued a Standard Firearm.
This Weapon may be used in order to exercise reasonable force in a situation where a wanted individual is not willing to turn themselves into the DoJ.
Department of Agriculture
Out-of-City Getaways: Create National Parks and other developed land for natural preservation. This will increase the Role Play aspects of the server, give more for players to do in game as well as create more builds for players to enjoy.
Highway green works programme: Plant trees and landscape around our beautiful highways to make them even more appealing and enjoyable to drive on!
Hiring: Increased Hiring of Agriculture Secretaries and Landscapers to accomplish these
Department of State
Rework the City system: Invest heavily in fixing fundamental issues with private city system through the removal if necessary of ineffective city leadership. Aswell as this an emphasis will be placed on giving Cities guidance as well as direct help in solving city specific issues and increasing residency.
Department Steward: Implement a Department Steward role (Elected Department Representative) which department employees can directly communicate their concerns to if they do not feel comfortable approaching department management. This is essential as it ensures department employees have a voice even if they do not agree with department leadership.
Foreign Relations: Continue engaging in foreign relations but on BCs terms, ensuring we take a more fundamental and leading role with events such as the Olympics and contribute something of our own to the project. A particular focus on finding new servers to partner with in order to expand upon the potential of foreign relations.
City Specialisation: Give Cities outside of Capital a specific specialised focus and theme in order to ensure they serve as something different from what Capital City offers.
Additionally a vast increase in Government oversight into Municipal affairs is needed in order to get Private cities back on track for success and growth.
