WHILE YES WE ARE TRYING TO DECENTERALIZE THE DAMAGE HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE. SHOULD I BECOME MP AND SOMETHING ALONG THESE LINES IS PASSED IT WILL HAVE ITS PROS AND CONS AND IN MY OPINION THE PROS OF IT OUTWEIGH THE CONS!!
