I. Description of Case
The Plaintiff brings forth the following causes of action and alleges the following against the Defendant:

1. During the course of the last case, the plaintiff and defendant mutually agreed that the case should and will be dropped.

2. The plaintiff said they did not want to notify their lawyer of this decision.

3. I told MegaMinerM he had to tell his lawyer of this decision. He came back to me later to state that his lawyer had told him to allow him to continue the case. Screenshots of this will be provided.

4. A group chat was set up by myself. I added my lawyer from the previous case, Sparkyrose22, MegaMinerM and Dusty to the group. It was at this point we told Dusty his client wished to withdraw. And Dusty refused. He tried to accuse me of coercing MegaMiner into making such a decision. Such coercion never occurred.

III. Sequence Of Events

2. The plaintiff said they did not want to notify their lawyer of this decision. As shown in screenshot B.

3. I told MegaMinerM he had to tell his lawyer of this decision. He came back to me later to state that his lawyer had told him to allow him to continue the case. Screenshots of this will be provided.

4. A group chat was set up by myself. I added my lawyer from the previous case, Sparkyrose22, MegaMinerM and Dusty to the group. It was at this point we told Dusty his client wished to withdraw. And Dusty refused. He tried to accuse me of coercing MegaMiner into making such a decision. Such coercion never occurred.

5. Dusty made a compromise with my lawyer on the case punishments. The case was closed.


IV. Claims for Relief
1. As per comments from Judge Cooleagles to Derpgaming via in game whispers (screenshots provided), Dusty_3 should have dropped the case when his client requested it be dropped.
2. Dusty_3 continued this case to fulfil a grudge he has against the defendant. Such proof can be provided by messages he sent in the group chat. And to other members during the progress of the previous case. I can provide images of these upon request.

V. Damages
1. My 3 week ban from holding public office be removed.
2. Dusty_3 be removed from public office
3. Dusty_3 have his lawyer licence removed for refusing to take appropriate action when a client requested the case be dropped.

In advancing this form to the court, you acknowledge and concur with the rules of court which highlight the importance of honesty at all times. Moreover, you understand the punishments for breaking these rules and/or committing perjury and deception in the court.

Right,

Me and Justice Cooleagles both agree that the case is going to be dismissed on these grounds:

1. An omission of guilt was made on the previous case to the crimes put to the accused and we believe in this instance that an appeal cannot be made.
2. The evidence submitted from a conversation between derp and Justice Cooleagles will be deemed inadmissible, it was not on record nor was Justice Cooleagles asked for his professional opinion and at no point was he informed this was to be used in this manner. The lack of professionalism is disturbing to both Justices and are disappointed in how this was obtained. we expect better.

That will be all, case dismissed
