- You need a playtime of at least 1 day;

Under these requirements, someone who has just joined without experience or a player who joined a year or two ago rejoined just to run after a while of inactivity with little to no experience could be put into parliament . Both examples can lead to unfit people in a place of power. I suggest that we increase the times required to run.
