Hi! I have another suggestion. This time about chat channels. You should be able to use 2 more chat channels, maybe one that allows only people up to 100 blocks to see your messages since global allows everyone and local let's people in local to see your chat, and whisper is only people within like 10 blocks from you. There should also be custom so you can set your radius for how up to how many blocks away people can here you, say someone wants people up to 50 blocks away to here you, then you could maybe do a command like /c 50 if you add this. It is not a plugin I don't think, so if you do end up wanting to add this, your probs not going to find it on the web. Have a great day!

Local chat has a 100(?) block radius, and anyone out of this radius can't hear, regardless of which channel they're in. What you're describing is literally the Local channel. If you wish to speak to a particular person, perhaps PMing them would be more efficient. Thank you for your suggestion, nonetheless.
