i don't know if you can add anymore mods but a mod to make the dogs look like different breeds would make the server more like real life.

I know that there are certain texture packs that you can download in order to make dogs look different from their vanilla textures, I suggest you look into getting one of those if you want to see a difference in their appearance.

In addition to what flaming said, mods are completely different from plugins (which is what BC uses). A forge server (which allows mods to be used on your server) requires that everybody playing the server download and run the exact same mods, which isn't practical.
