Description: As there are currently no laws surrounding vacancy nominations and when they officially end this bill will define the required end of a vacancy vote. This is needed because without a required endpoint PMs or SOPs can draw out the process in an effort to change votes. Along with this, it keeps the system moving efficiently in case a new nomination is needed.
Bill: Once a majority is reached on a vacancy vote it immediately ends and is acted upon accordingly to the vote. This ending point can not be bypassed by any other means. Votes are allowed to be changed up until a majority is reached after that votes can not be changed to receive a different outcome.
