I was walking down the rode when I passed KLai_ going into a building in front of me. As I passed I heard the sound of a dog being hit and whimpering so I went to look and KLai_ had hit a dog in the apartment building. They came out and started attacking me, I was trying to get away but I was suffering from slowness and he killed me right there on in the middle of the street.

They also logged off shortly after attacking me.

There is clear evidence of the murder happening in the city and of who committed it.

Conclusion:
The lawsuit will be defaulted in the Plaintiff's favor due to the Defendant not responding to the case. Thanks to the evidence provided I have reached a verdict.

Verdict:
I hereby rule the Defendant @KLai_ as Guilty for the murder of the Plaintiff.

The Department of Justice, @bharatj will be tasked with the act of jailing and/or fining the Defendant based on their current PVP offense status.
