Private Banking Registration

This is an official operating bank only approved for operational and not covered by any government protections. Players may operate a private banking services but must follow the following below and put make an applications and fill out all information that is required. Any bank approved by the DoE for operational function only can advertise as a PBRA.

Private Banks Requirements:
- Must have a discord account accessible and in the bc discord
- Must have a discord for the bank
- Cannot advertise as a government approved or protected bank only as a PBRA
