- Elaborate (Why do you think it should be added, how will it improve the server, etc.): Individuals on the server should be able to open up private practices and pharmacies. This would help the economy substantially grow and create many new jobs.

- Elaboration & Reasoning: Currently private citizens are not allowed to create private hospitals, distribute medicine, or distribute products for the creation of cures. This bill aims to:

To create a hospital you will need all licenses but to open up a pharmacy you need the license which allows you to create and sell cures. A hospital is defined as a workplace which employs doctors or any other person, which includes people who gather materials for cures. A pharmacy is simply a store where cures are sold owned by one person who does the selling, stocking, gathering and owns the business. Any person who gets materials for a cure will need the M1 license. Enforcement would be by PI's.
